Air Conditioning Dust Removal System

The air conditioning dust removal system, mainly composed of a dust collector, temperature and humidity transmitter, dust gatherer, and spray chamber, is also supported by a PLC CNC closed-loop control system that provides an optimal control mode for the factory air conditioning station, enabling timely and effective collection of cotton dust in the workshop and reducing harm to operators

Our Dyes are Different

Use DyStar Indigo Vat 40% Solution, the cleanest and most eco-awarded indigo on the market.

Use CLARIANT to reduce CO₂ emissions.

Use Citric Acid Monohydrate as a neutralizing agent instead of Industrial Glacial Acetic Acid. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic, and odorless.

Use an odorless reducing agent instead of sulfur-containing alkalis. This agent is safe, has no hydrogen sulfide, reduces dyeing wastewater, and can be degraded easily.

Significant recycling of steam and water in finishing

Collect the used steam and condensed water from equipment during the finishing process.

Through the recovery system, turn it back to production in order to save steam and water around 30%~40%.

Water Conservation

Reuse more than 80% Waste-water in production.

Intelligent Waste-Water Recyling System (process 9500 tons/day of waste-water): recycling waste-water from dyeing and finishing, through biological treatment, more than 80% waste-water can be reused back to production.

Airtight Recycling system can reclaim water 50,000 tons/year.

Bio-Treatment Finishing

BIO-TREAMENT: Acid-free, Alkali-free, 30%  less water consumption 

High stretch with low shrinkage.

Green chemicals means less hazards and reduced impact on the environment.

Bio-processing will make the fabric a much softer hand-feel.

Due to low shrinkage, weft yarn will be smoother than ever after grinding.
